What New Year's resolutions should we have for FLossEd.org?

Here's my list.  I'd love to hear/see yours.

• Establishment of a Web team in Thai and English.
• Establishment of habit of posting and reading news of FLossEd on http://flossed.org.
• Establishment of group forums and mailing list as genuine tools.

• Establishment of help pages for
• - Sysads
• - School Admins
• - Teachers
• - Students

• Establishment of
• FLossEdBk Conference 2
• - timed not to conflict with other events
• - "grown" with support of both
• + local Thai education and FLoss supporters and
• + their networks and international school cousins.
• + Conference supported on http://flossed.org 

• Funding and PR for FLossedBk 2 to be in place well in advance of the event.
• + including funds for speakers' travel and accommodation. 
• Linux System Administrators' Training in
• + Thai and
• + English
• + Training agenda published on http://flossed.org.
• + Certificates issued by http://flossed.org

• Formation of local FLossEd User Groups (or Chapters)
• + Meetings minuted on flossed.org

• Establishment of either a foundation or an association as an entity dedicated to fostering FLossEd internationally and locally.
• + Whichever is chosen should have aspects of both.

• Revival of the FLossEd Webzine in conjunction with and as a complement to Groups.
• + Establishment of an Advisory Board.
